Community Open House 2024

Discover Your City: Service, Community and Conversation
Date & Time: Thursday, November 7, 2024 | 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Location: Shore Rooms in the Bayshore Community Centre (1900 3rd Avenue East, Owen Sound)
Join us at this in-person event to meet your City Council representatives and staff to discuss city services. Get your questions answered directly by City staff and learn about services offered by the City. Take this chance to better understand how your city operates and access information about the services available to you.
In addition to City staff, local organizations will be on-site to share their involvement in essential services offered in our area. See the full list of participating groups below.
This event is free to attend for all ages and interests. Light refreshments will be available. The Bayshore Community Centre is an accessible building.

Parking:
The Bayshore offers plenty of free parking on both the North and South ends of the building.
Transit:
Owen Sound Transit will be operating regular hours during the night of this event, with the last bus leaving the terminal at 6 p.m. The East Bayshore Route goes right past the Bayshore Community Centre. Please see all transit details, including the real-time tracking Transit app, on the Transit website.
