The City of Owen Sound is creating its first External Communications Strategy — and we want your input.
In today’s world, people get information in many different ways. From social media and email to in-person conversations and community events, communication is more complex than ever. At the same time, the City oversees a wide range of services and programs — everything from roads and recreation to water, waste, and public safety.
This new strategy will help us communicate more clearly, consistently, and accessibly — and ensure residents can connect with City staff and Council in ways that work best for them.
Your feedback will help shape how we share information, listen to community voices, and strengthen the two-way connection between the City and the people who live, work, and play here.
